I Want A Blog Space

Hey Hotness! (did you instantly think of Katniss? Yes. Don't. Lie.) Happy Friday! After work I''m heading to the coast to try to soak up what's left of summer. While I'm counting down the hours until I head to the coast today, read all about what I plan to do in my guest room! I promise if I get this finished, I will show you the final product!

I have daydreamed about making our guest room more useful. Right now it's a cluster of junk and a bed thrown into the middle of it. The closet? Oh Em Gee! It looks like some threw up Christmas, Craft, and high school all in one spot! Yeah. that. dramatic. It's a big closet, but non-functional at the moment with all the shit piled in it.
I want a place I can get away from everything and it be peaceful. I want to be able to blog or be able to gather my supplies for sewing or crafting. I have a dresser I will be sorting my craft supplies into.

Here is the idea I have in mind.

I have most of this on hand already. I have the futon, desk, lamp, and the side table. I just need to find a cheap white futon cover, the mirror, and some curtains similar. That will get me started and then I can accessorise! The color scheme is exactly what I am going for! I want it to be colorful but not too bright! Now, I guess I need to find the motivation to pull this together. Can someone convince my hubby to help?
