I hope that you fabulous readers had a great weekend! Ours was nice and at a slower pace than we normally go! Friday night was a chill night of playing Old Maid and playing in the mud. The Mayflies are out for the year. They are every where right now! Harmless but look scary!
Saturday we got up early and drove to Blairsville, GA to ride the Teryx at the Beasley Knob OHV trails. It's a nice little park. It's very small compared to what we are used to. There is about 10 miles of connecting trails. Mostly hill after hill which is not fun if you ride in the back all day.
The picture below to the right is where we had to use a wench and snatch block to lift our friend's Rzr up to fix the skid plate. I love my hubby's ingenuity!
Sunday we cleaned house a little and done laundry to catch up finally! We also hit up the in-law's pool for a few hours in the afternoon.
Yesterday evening we got a surprise visit from this little booger! So glad that my Sis-in-law came to visit with her hubby and our nephew! He is growing like a weed and now sitting up! He hubby will be leaving in less than a week for Iraq. I pray his time there is quick and casualty free!
I've been loving summer for all of the swim time! It's great!
