Picking Up Where I Left Off



I'm here to pick up where I left off on this blog hiatus that I have been on. I've been reading so don't think I'm out of the loop. Y'all are the ones out of the loop with me! That's my fault. I take full responsibility. But who cares! I’m here today!

 

I left you with Halloween coming up and we did LOTS this year! We went with my best friend and her little tooth fairy to our local State Park and did the trunk or treat to all the campsites! That was interesting and fun! We also went to the church and my high school’s trunk or treat that Wednesday before Halloween. On Thursday we went to the City Halloween trick or treat. Needless to say we are NOT candy poor at all! It was fun but it wore me out! Until next year.

 

I also told you that I was working on my mantel with the Fall décor. Well……I’ve got some up, but my lazy butt never finished. What you see it what you get. Maybe next year I’ll do better.

 

Zane and I also spent the day with my parents one Sunday. We rode up to the mountains to a craft fair. It wasn’t much of one. We expected more. Oh well. We went into Hendersonville, NC and got ice cream. We also shopped around the town a little too!

 

Check out Zane’s school pictures! This one really shows his personality. AND that hair…Ugh. I can’t get it to do anything. It just curls up and goes every whichaway. (yes I said that.)

Last weekend was my nephew's birthday! My MIL and I drove down to GA to celebrate at Chuck E. Cheese. Lawd I forgot how awful that place was! Kids were ever freaking where! UGH! Despite that I hated it, the kids loved it. Brayden couldn't take his eyes off of the show!

 

In other news, I wore a scarf as a vest. I loved it that way! I will be doing that more! Zane has been getting more into shooting guns. He loves it. I love it. We love it!
