First of all I want to say thank you. Thank you for reading and commenting on my blog! I love my readers and being able to email you guys!
It's been one hell of a week!
Warning: I am about to vent all about my misfortune! So go on and skip to the next post and come back tomorrow! ;)
The weekend was great! We worked in the yard spreading mulch and cleaning up around the Hubs shop. Saturday, my BFF and I had lunch and got manis & pedis! Oh sweet Jesus, the massage chairs at the new place we went to was THEBOMB.COM! We could have sat there all day! I came home to my boys planting a fruit and veggie garden in the back yard! Too cute! So we will have some tomatoes, peppers, corn, zucchini, and watermelon this summer! Stay tuned!
On Sunday, my Jeep broke down and I have been dependant on others to get me from point A to Point B everyday. Let me tell you, THIS. SUCKS.
Coming home to see this everyday since Sunday makes my stomach cringe. I love Black Betty and I hope that Doctor Steve aka The Hubs can fix her and make her better A.S.A.P! I am truly thankful that I was not in any sort of accident that caused my Jeep to break down. It was just a crappy spring broke and caused my engine not to work anymore. *tear*
I would much rather see Black Betty in all her driving glory. I love her and right now, I am not sure that she loves me. My hubby is on the outs with her and wants to return her. We've have only had her for 8 months! I posted about getting her here. I'm nauseous at the thought of getting something else because this was my dream car! I will keep you posted once things fall into place the rest of the week. We are supposed to be spending Easter Weekend in Surfside and I am determined to be there by golly!
On a brighter note, Zane gets to have a huge Easter egg hunt at school today! He was so excited to get to school this morning!
This was him last night making his own tent in the living room while I cooked supper.
I am trying to be all smiles this morning despite being a "car rider" all dab burn week! can you tell I don't like being dependant? (dang, it looks like I have a case of the "wonk eye" too!) Oh well!
I hope all my lovely readers are having a better week this week than I am! Lots of love y'all!
Hope your car gets fixed :(, have a good Easter weekend.
ReplyDeleteIt really is frustrating having to rely on people to take you places! Hope it gets fixed soon!! Love the picture of him with his Easter basket. He looks so excited!
