Sometimes & Always #9

I'm linking up again with Megan at Mackey Madness!

Sometimes: I need a break.
Always: Find something else I need to do!

Sometimes: Life gives you lemons.
Always: Add it to your sweet tea and move on! (damn I said this last week! Maybe I need to make it my motto?)

Sometimes: Being the wedding planner is great!
Always: Going to a wedding that you didn't plan is stress free!

Sometimes: I cry at weddings!
Always: Remember how much fun they can be!

Sometimes: These 'Sometimes & Always' posts can be short and sweet!
Always: Make up for it later! ;)

Okay, so here are the wedding deets and photos! Enjoy!

Last weekend we attended a beautiful wedding! It was in the middle of a hay field. Let me just say that it was hot as hades and walking in a fresh cut hay field with uncomfortable sandals is not ideal for this country girl! (the uncomfortable part anyway)  At 5 o'clock in the evening the wedding began.

The wedding party lined up and took their place. Including the bride and groom's 8 month old baby boy! (he did great the whole time despite the heat)

The wedding party is in their position and the Groom awaits the arrival of his Bride!

The Groom was all smiles as the Bride's father escorted her down the country isle. As the couple's  family and friends greet the Bride with smiles she is welled up with tears of happiness. As this might be the next best day of her life!

The couple signified their union as becoming one by pouring sand of different colors into one jar.

Their hearts are filled with joy as they gaze into each other's eyes and know that this day starts the beginning of the rest of their lives.

"You may now kiss your Bride!"
(the officiant is the Bride's Grandfather)

 I now present to you...

Oh, hai Hubby! You did great blowing bubbles as the new Mr. & Mrs. lead the recessional.

This was a fabulous wedding! I will be recapping the reception as soon as I edit those pics! ha!

Happy Tuesday Y'all!

  2. Although it's WAAAAAAY too hot for an outdoor wedding for this pregnant mama right now, this is absolutely beautiful! What a great idea. I'm guessing my garnet and black blood wouldn't be too happy with all the purple and orange though. :)

  3. It was hot as heck this weekend at the wedding we shot, too! I always wish I could go to a wedding as a guest instead of a photographer, so it would be stress-free... but that never happens, haha!
